Latin for 'entire', referring to the leaf margin which is often not toothed.

Description
Mid-canopy tree up to 35 m tall and 50 cm dbh. Stipules absent. Leaves
alternate, simple, penni-veined but venation barely visible, glabrous, margin
usually entire but sometimes finely toothed. Flowers ca. 36 mm diameter,
white-yellowish, placed in leaf axils. Fruits ca. 25 mm long, green, dehiscent
capsules with winged seeds.
Ecology
In undisturbed to slightly disturbed (logged) mixed dipterocarp forests up
to 100 m altitude. In secondary forests probably present as a pre-disturbance
remnant.
Distribution
Sumatra, Java, Lesser Sunda Islands, Borneo (in Borneo only known from one
collection in East Kalimantan in the Sungai Wain area), Celebes.
