Description
Tree. Leaves opposite, with elongate interpetiolar stipules between each leaf pair. Leaves with many secondary veins that are very clearly visible on the lower leaf surface, secondary veins clearly looping. Inflorescences in axils of leaves, flowers in small branched bundles. Fruits small, white coloured berries.

Ecology
In undisturbed to lightly disturbed forests.
